HOW TO ARCHITECT IT

1. Recruit two credible industry veterans as co-founders (an ex-Revit lead plus Dynamo's creator), since conservative AEC buyers need pedigree trust before adopting a new platform.
2. Open-source the core geometry/BIM engine because AEC firms want to inspect and extend tooling, not adopt a black box.
3. Launch first for the founders' own community (computational designers/scripters) — but be willing to abandon that ICP when adoption stalls, since a technically elegant audience isn't always commercially viable.
4. Rebuild the front-end around a no-code, non-programmer UI (space planning, block-and-stack) once the real buyer turns out to be architects and planners, not scripters.
5. Price around the value the customer's own product sale captures, not a fixed SaaS rate card, since generative design changes what 'software pricing' even means when it replaces billable design hours.
