1. The UberKITTENS campaign was launched to celebrate National Cat Day, allowing users to request a kitten playdate through the Uber app.

2. Users in participating cities could open the Uber app and select the "KITTENS" option to request a visit from a team of Uber drivers who would bring along adoptable kittens.
